GO, GIRL, GO!

Sports medicine is an important and growing segment of our overall business.
We regularly provide soft tissue therapy to athletes ranging
from recreational runners all the way up to a gold
medal winning Paralympian.

One of the most dedicated athletes we are privileged to treat is Amanda Nobles.  Amanda is a health and physical education teacher at Cowherd Middle School in Aurora and a competitive figure bodybuilder.

Amanda was recently featured on the front cover of Suburban Life FIT Magazine, a publication dedicated to motivating and inspiring by sharing stories about local athletes who are pushing athletic boundaries.  Amanda's story of finding balance through bodybuilding while making a
difference in the lives of local kids is inspiring.

Way to go, Amanda!

  1. My persistent back pain and general stress levels have been greatly reduced after multiple sessions with Massage by Nadia. Her expertise in a variety of massage in raleigh techniques makes her a great pick for Raleigh residents looking to improve their health over the long haul.
